Ottawa, ON (October 5, 2025) - The Carleton Ravens will enter the final weekend of the 2025 season undefeated following a 2-0 win at Queen's on Sunday. While the city's eyes were focused on the Panda Game, the men's soccer team continued to roll through their OUA schedule.
After a scoreless first half, John Aldiban continued his red-hot rookie season, sailing above the crowd to head home a Caden Tomy corner. Aldiban's fourth of the season would go on to be the game winner, but not before Carleton's other supersized rookie striker would get on the board.
Ross would run his way into the Gaels' box only for his cross to be intercepted by a Queen's defender who quickly cleared it right back to the Gatineau forward. Ross would make no mistake with his second chance on the rush, ripping a shot past the keeper for the brace.
Roberto Paguaga-Frankovich was quiet, but made a beautiful diving save when challenged to keep a clean sheet.
The Ravens improved to 6-0-4 and remain four points behind first-place TMU. The Bold visit TAAG Park on Friday night, before Queen's comes in for a rematch on Sunday afternoon. Both games are doubleheaders with the women playing the opening contests.
