The Carleton Ravens men's soccer team will host an Open Tryout for Carleton students and a Winter Showcase Day this winter for prospective student-athletes.
Open tryouts for the Carleton Men’s Soccer team for the upcoming Winter 2026 season will be held on January 9, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Ravens men’s soccer team is seeking high-calibre student-athletes who can elevate and complement an already competitive squad.If you believe you have the quality, mindset, and ambition to compete at the university level, we encourage you to register and test yourself in our high-performance environment.All prospective participants should note that men's soccer's Winter Curriculum provides student-athletes with the opportunity to train five days a week under the guidance of professionally licensed coaches. This structured training phase is designed to accelerate development, enhance tactical understanding, and fully prepare players for the demands of the Fall 2026 OUA season.The Men's team trains Mondays (9:45 - 11:45 a.m.), Wednesdays (9:00 -11:00 a.m.) and Fridays (2:00 - 4:00 p.m.). There are also open varsity times dedicated to the Individualized Development Program Tuesday through Thursday. Lastly, selected players will be given an opportunity to play in the Gatineau Futsal league, the March Varsity Tournament, and several 11v11 exhibition games.
The Carleton Ravens Men’s Soccer program will host a full-day on-campus showcase designed to provide prospective student-athletes with an authentic experience of varsity soccer and student life at Carleton University. The day combines classroom learning, campus exposure, training, and live competition.
