Carleton Ravens basketball players Marjok (MJ) Okado and Kyana-Jade Poulin have been named the Carleton Ravens Athletes of the Week presented by Gabriel Pizza.
Each week, Carleton Athletics names the Athletes of the Week as presented by Gabriel Pizza, the official pizza of the Carleton Ravens.
Kyana-Jade Poulin continues to be a force for the Carleton Ravens at both ends of the court. Over the weekend, she averaged 25.5 points and 9.5 rebounds per night as she led the Carleton Ravens in scoring. Friday, Poulin had 24 points and five rebounds before elevating her game further on Saturday with 27 points and 14 rebounds.
Ravens guard MJ Okado was explosive on offense Saturday night, scoring 28 points in just 27 minutes of play while going 10-21 from the field, including 5 threes.
