The Carleton Ravens team of Moseley Harvey-McKean, Hope Johnson, Melissa Rand and Ava Zheng captured the OUA Epee Team Relay bronze medal at the 2026 OUA Women's Fencing Championships in Peterborough.
At the event hosted by Trent, the Ravens reached the semifinals before losing to the eventual champions from the University of Toronto. In the bronze medal matchup, Hope Johnson would have a strong third round in the relay, outscoring Veronica Demciuch 7-1, swinging the match in Carleton's favour 15-11. The Ravens never looked back on their way to a 45-22 win.
Ava Zheng also finished top five in the individual competition, losing to eventual winner Judy Li of Western. Emma McGrath finished 11th in the Sabre, Kiana Junco was the Ravens' top finisher in foil, coming in 20th spot. The Ravens team also finished 7th in the foil relay on Sunday.
