MBB | Ravens down first NCAA opponent in Montreal

MONTREAL, Quebec – The Carleton Ravens men’s basketball team took to the road to start their exhibition season. The Ravens traveled to Montreal to face the University of South Florida to open their exhibition schedule and came out with a 78-69 win.

Veteran Munis Tutu led the way in Ravens scoring as he dropped a game high 17 points while adding 4 assists and 6 rebounds. The Ravens spread their offense around in the win, with three players registering double digit point totals.

Lloyd Pandi was tied for the game high in rebounds with USF’s Alexis Yetna at 8 rebounds each.

Carleton will return to the Ravens’ Nest to continue facing NCAA opponents next week. They will kick off their Can-Am Shootout schedule on Tuesday, August 13 against Valparaiso at 7pm.
