Ravens Fencing, OUA Champions

OUA Men's Fencing Champions

The Carleton Ravens ended the three-year title run of Queen’s University and captured the 2014 OUA men’s fencing championship, held at McMaster University in Hamilton.

Carleton finished with 273 points surpassing defending champion Queen’s, which finished second with 218.

Carleton also won gold for their Foil and Epee team. The foils team consisted of Phil McCully, Geoff Devaney, Alex Salat, and Alecs Tudor.  The Epee team includes Joe Wright, Zac Zanussi, Nick Lussier, and Rowan Pentz.

The Sabre team finished fourth with Justin Wagenaar, Jason Kneitz, Samson Kan and Matt Blundell.
