The Ravens had an incredibly successful weekend at their home regatta. After winning five medals, the team came in third of twelve, closely trailing McGill (second place) and Trent (first), making this the highest Carleton has ranked at the Head of the Rideau in the past five years.
The men’s team had four first place, one second place, and three third place finishes.
Matthew Fournier – Lightweight Single
David Blair & Luke Teeft – Heavyweight Double

Fabian Erazo, Bruce Laurich, Dane Peterson, Ted Buist & Coxswain: Hal Martin – JV Four
The men’s eight had a close race with Trent, but settled for a second place finish.

The women’s crew had one first place finish and two second place finishes.
Lightweight Double – Anna Curie & Alyssa Pastic
The heavyweight single of Victoria Ozimkowski and lightweight single of Anna Curie both wore their success with second place finishes.
The next contest takes place on October 5th at Trent University’s Head of the Trent.
