OTTAWA - The Carleton Ravens have named Lloyd Pandi as the men's Athlete of the Year. The award is given to Pandi for the demonstration of outstanding athletic ability during the current year in Carleton's interuniversity program.
Having been named U SPORTS MVP ahead of the 2022 Final 8 tournament, Pandi was also honoured as a First-Team All-Star. These awards add to Pandi’s E.C. Lebel Plaque as OUA East MVP and OUA East First-Team All-Star honours from earlier this season. A member of the All-Rookie Team and a First-Team All-Canadian in 2020, Pandi is also the reigning back-to-back CEBL U SPORTS Player of the Year.
Earlier this month, Pandi was once again chose by the Niagara River Lions in the first-round of the CEBL draft. The Ottawa guard has also declared for the NBA Draft taking place June 23 in Brooklyn, NY.
