Please note: Welcome Centre staff cannot adjust season ticket packages or process group sales. For season ticket or group inquiries, please contact tickets@carleton.ca.

Facility Rules and Regulations

All facility rules and regulations are current as of June 2025.

• Following Carleton University policy, dogs are prohibited in all Carleton Athletics facilities, including TAAG Park, service and guide dogs are excepted.
• The use of umbrellas is prohibited within TAAG Park.
• Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited in all Carleton Athletics facilities.
• Outside food and drink is prohibited at all regular season football and basketball games.
