In-Person Ticket SalesThe Welcome Centre inside Alumni Hall is proud to offer in-purchase ticket sales. Welcome Centre Hours: 6:00 am - 10:00 pm, seven days a week. Welcome Centre sales are cashless, we accept payment by Visa, Mastercard or Debit.Please note: Welcome Centre staff cannot adjust season ticket packages or process group sales. For season ticket or group inquiries please contact tickets@carleton.ca.Please review all ticket terms and conditions before purchasing tickets to our events. Facility Rules and RegulationsAll facility rules and regulations are current as of September 2023.

Following Carleton University policy, dogs are prohibited in all Carleton Athletics facilities, including TAAG Park, service and guide dogs are excepted.

The use of umbrellas is prohibited within TAAG Park.

Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited in all Carleton Athletics facilities.

Outside food and drink is prohibited at all regular season football and basketball games.
