Payment Methods & Retail
We will be going entirely cashless for this season to reduce points of contact between individuals. Debit/credit cards will be accepted.
We will have apparel and merchandise available for sale at Rodney’s House, in Alumni Hall, on basketball home game days starting 1-hour prior to the first game. You can also order online at shopravens.ca.

Facility Rules and Regulations
All facility rules and regulations are current as of March 2022.
Carleton Ice House
- In line with COVID-19 safety protocols, masks must be worn at all times. There is no eating or drinking in the stands.
- Fans found to not be wearing their mask will be reminded once to put on their mask.
- Those who do not comply with wearing their mask will be asked to leave the Ice House with no re-entry.
- Following Carleton University policy, dogs are prohibited in the Ice House, service and guide dogs are excepted.
Ravens’ Nest
- In line with COVID-19 safety protocols, masks must be worn at all times. There is no eating or drinking in the stands.
