LET’S GO RAVENS!

We look forward to welcoming you back to the 2021-2022 varsity season! Please review all the information below for COVID-19 updates and ticket information. Please email tickets@carleton.ca with any questions.

COVID-19:

The health and safety of our guests, athletes, staff, and community is of the upmost importance to us and we have ensured our protocols are aligned with the guidelines provided by Carleton University and Ottawa Public Health. Please review our Covid-19 Safety Protocols:

Capacity: 25%

Group Limit (seats together): 6 per same household

Vaccination Requirements:

Due to the strong recommendation of the Council of Ontario Medical Officer of Health (COMOH), Carleton University will be requiring mandatory vaccination against COVID-19 for all individuals (students, staff, athletes, visitors, etc.) involved in any Carleton in-person activity (both on- and off-campus).

All individuals who wish to attend a Carleton University sporting event must attest to receiving their first dose vaccine by September 8th, 2021, and their second dose no later than October 15, 2021. NOTE: Children under 12 according to Public Health are exempt from vaccinations at this time.

Any individual who cannot be vaccinated on medical grounds or other protected grounds recognised by the Ontario Human Rights Code can request an exemption. Carleton community members (including spectators) who are unvaccinated due to permitted exemptions or who are awaiting their second dose are required to adhere to additional health and safety measures, including frequent rapid testing. Rapid testing will be required within 72 hours before participating in an in-person activity at Carleton. Individuals are responsible for purchasing and providing proof of an official, negative COVID-19 test that has not surpassed the 72-hour time period.

Unvaccinated individuals without an approved permitted exemption will not be able to attend campus or any University activity in person.

All guests must complete a mandatory vaccination verification and screening prior to entering campus/venue. Guests must set up an account here.

Health & Safety Measures:

Additionally, other health measures will be implemented to ensure the safety of staff, students, athletes, and community members.

We will be operating at a 25% capacity with a group limit of 6 members from the same household (no exceptions). Groups will also be physically distanced, required to wear face masks and complete mandatory screening through cuScreen.

Guests may not bring any food/beverage to their seats. There will be no alcohol available or permitted onsite.

Guests will not be permitted to re-enter the venue throughout the event.
