All ticket sales for games this winter are currently on hold, ticket sales will resume in the new year. We look forward to seeing you again in 2022!

General Ticket Information

All COVID-19 protocols and safety measures remain in place for these events.

We are currently in the process of onboarding a new ticketing system and will provide updates when it is available.

Payment Methods & Retail

We will be going entirely cashless for this season to reduce points of contact between individuals. Debit/credit cards will be accepted.

We will have apparel and merchandise available for sale on basketball home game days. You can also order online at shopravens.ca.

Basketball

Due to current COVID-19 protocols the Ravens’ Nest will have a limited capactiy of 800 so buy your tickets before they’re gone.

Season ticket holders can enjoy all the Ravens men’s and women’s regular season home games at a discount of 25%.*

Individual Game Day Tickets include access to both the women’s and men’s basketball games.

All guests attending Carleton Ravens varsity athletics events must abide by Carleton University’s COVID-19 protocols which include vaccination requirements, face mask policy and mandatory daily screening.

Hockey

Due to current COVID-19 protocols Ravens’ hockey games have a limited capacity of 200 fans. Don’t wait, get your tickets before they sell out!

Season tickets are for the 2021-22 season are no longer available. To be added to the men’s or women’s hockey season ticket holders list for 2022 please contact tickets@carleton.ca.

The health and safety of our guests, athletes, staff, and community are of the utmost importance to us and we have ensured our protocols are aligned with the guidelines provided by Carleton University and Ottawa Public Health. Please review our COVID-19 Safety Protocols.

Facility Rules and Regulations

Carleton Ice House

  • In line with COVID-19 safety protocols, unless you are eating or drinking masks must be worn at all times. 
  • Fans found to not be wearing their mask will be reminded once to put on their mask.
  • Those who do not comply with wearing their mask will be asked to leave the Ravens’ Nest with no re-entry.
  • Following Carleton University policy, dogs are prohibited in the Ravens’ Perch, service and guide dogs are excepted.
