The Carleton Ravens fall competitions are set as Ravens football, rugby and soccer prepare for a full schedule in 2022-23.
On the gridiron the Ravens kickoff their 2022 season at home against the McMaster Marauders. The game will be new Head Coach Corey Grant's first with the Ravens while they face off against his former team. After kicking off their season on the road, the RSEQ bronze medalist women's rugby team will host the McGill Martlets in their home opener on September 9th. After beginning their season on the road against divisional rivals Queen's, the men's and women's soccer programs open the home half of their schedule on September 11.
Ravens football will play four home games in 2022 hosting McMaster, York (Sept. 10), Windsor (Sept. 24) and Waterloo (Oct. 15). The annual Panda Game will take place on October 1 with uOttawa as the host.
Returning to full conference play in 2022, the women's rugby team will play a six-game season with home contests against McGill, Montreal (Sept. 17) and Concordia (Oct. 8). The women will face uOttawa in a crosstown Bytown Battle under the lights on September 30.
Women's soccer host RMC in their season opener before hosting 5 more home games during the regular season. Most notably, the Ravens host the Gee-Gees in the second half of a home-and-home on Friday, September 30.
On the men's side, the 2021 U SPORTS silver medalists host the Varsity Blues in their home opener, after a pair of games on the road in Kingston. The Ravens schedule, which opens against the Gaels, features a key series with Toronto Metropolitan which opens at Downsview Park in September before the two teams close out the season on the Ravens' Perch on October 23.
