OTTAWA - Head Coach Stacey Colarossi and the Carleton Ravens women's hockey team have rounded out their coaching staff ahead of the 2022-23 season with the addition of Bill Courchaine and Jessica Robichaud.
Courchaine has been coaching women's hockey since 1998, having previously served as a head coach at the U15, U18 and U22 levels. The current general manager of Advanced Development Programs for the Nepean Wildcats, Courchaine played minor and junior hockey in Ottawa before attending the College of St. Scholastica (Duluth, Minn.) where he was a three-time NAIA All-American goaltender and two-time NAIA national champion. In 2012 Courchaine was named to the St. Scholastica Athletics Hall of Fame. Courchaine has also led the National Capitals to three consecutive Ontario Summer Games as a baseball coach.
Robichaud joins the Ravens following a successful playing career with the University of Toronto Varsity Blues. An OUA All-Rookie and three-time U SPORTS Academic All-Canadian, Robichaud attended two U SPORTS national championships with the Varsity Blues including winning the OUA's McCaw Cup in 2019. Prior to joining the Ravens Robichaud coached minor hockey and high school varsity field lacrosse in Whitby.
Courchaine and Robichaud will join newly named head coach Stacey Colarossi and the Carleton Ravens as they prepare to take this ice this fall.
