The Carleton Ravens figure skating team opened their season last week with a pair of bronze medals at the OUA Fall Invitational. Getting their first taste of preseason competition the Ravens skaters performed admirably.
In the men's open skate freeskate competition David Birinberg finished third while teammates Kira Wilde and Reese Huffman played third in the STAR 8/9 similar dance.
The Ravens continue to prepare for the 2023 OUA Championships which will be held at the Carleton Ice House on February 13 and 14.
