OTTAWA - Carleton Ravens nordic skiers Bronwyn Williams (Ottawa, Ont.) and Katherine Mason (Ottawa, Ont.) will represent Canada at the 2023 FISU Games in Lake Placid, New York.
Leaders of the Ravens program, Williams and Mason have had significant in the OUA while also finding podiums in regional and national level competitions.
After performing admirably at last year's nationals in Canmore, Alberta, Williams represented Canada at 2022 World Junior and U23 World Ski Championships. While Mason led the Ravens back to the podium at the OUA Championships earning a silver medal in the mass start and helping the Ravens to a bronze in the relay.
Williams was previously named to the Canadian team for the FISU World Games which were cancelled due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
