OTTAWA - Joleen Mason (Rugby) and Frederik Hachey (Football) have been named Carleton Ravens Athletes of the Week presented by McKeen Metro Glebe.
A graduating Raven from Corbyville, Ontario, Joleen Mason was a force for the Ravens in their must-win game against Bishop's. On a day where she was honoured, along with four teammates, Mason scored two tries while the Ravens powered past the Gaiters 47-5.
Ravens wide receiver Frederik Hachey had a career day on Saturday converting three of his six receptions into touchdowns. A communications student from Laval, Que., Hachey now has four touchdowns on fifteen receptions in the first four games.
