OTTAWA - Rowers Maddy Bartek, Rosie O'Brien and Alex Ladage have all earned the honour of Ravens Athlete of the Week presented by McKeen Metro Glebe.
The three athletes all came away from the OUA Championships with a pair of medals including two medals in just 30 minutes for Ladage.
Alex Ladage had a stellar weekend at the OUA Championship Regatta winning two bronze medals. After winning bronze in the heavy men's double with Ben Koskovich Alex had less than 30 min to recover before hitting the water again with lightweight teammate Brendan Edge to win bronze in the lightweight men's double.
The dynamic duo of Rosie O'Brien and Maddy Bartek once again made it to the podium winning two silver medals at the OUA Championship Regatta in St. Catharines. They won silver in the women's lightweight double and the women's lightweight pair.
