Windsor, ONT - The Carleton Ravens continued their impressive run through Southern Ontario on Saturday afternoon with a 7-2 win over the Windsor Lancers.
Parker Aucoin got things started for the Ravens just 29 seconds into the game when he unloaded a one-timer from the high slot. The Ravens kept rolling from there As Nolan Seed walked in from the point to wire one home before the game was ten minutes old.
The Ravens would give one up to the Lancers but quickly responded when Alex Johnston found a loose puck in the slot and buried it past Nathan Torchia to make it 3-1 after twenty.
The Ravens would extend their lead in the second when Kieran Craig found a rebound off the pad of Torchia and buried it into a yawning cage to go up 4-1. The Lancers would get one back just minutes later and the two teams would head into the third 4-2.
Carleton came out hot in the third as Parker Aucoin got his own rebound for his second of the night just seven minutes in. Kieran Craig would add his second of the night late in the period before Will Collins scored his second of the weekend shorthanded into the empty net to cap off the 7-2 victory.
