OTTAWA - Ravens guard Tatyanna Burke (basketball) and backstroke specialist Finn Tuck (swimming) have earned the penultimate Athlete of the Week presented by McKeen Metro Glebe of 2023.
It was a record-breaking weekend for Ravens' swimmer Finn Tuck. At the OUA Boles Division Championship Tuck won both the 100m and 200m backstroke while earning silver in the 50m before leading the 4 x 50m relay team to bronze. On top of his four medals, Tuck set four new program records (50m, 100m and 200m backstroke, and 100m freestyle) and was part of the 4 x 100m freestyle team which broke a team record that has stood since 1988.
The Winona guard continues to settle back into her role with the Carleton Ravens women's basketball team recording 9 points and 13 rebounds on Friday night before scoring 16 points and 5 rebounds on Saturday. The International Business student now leads the OUA in offensive rebounds with 34.
