OTTAWA - Kieran Craig (men's hockey) and Briana Asiamah (track and field) have earned the Ravens' Athlete of the Week honours presented by McKeen Metro Glebe.
The explosive Kieran Craig was everywhere on Friday night, helping the Carleton Ravens men's hockey team to a 5-2 win. The second-year forward recorded to assists through the opening two periods before scoring twice in the third, including a beautiful shorthanded breakaway to finish the night with four points.
Ravens shot putter Brianna Asiamah continues to make strides towards the U SPORTS standard, bringing home gold at the uOttawa Winter Classic. Asiamah's 13.09m throw was good for first place, and just shy of the 13.31m record she set last weekend in Sherbrooke.
