The Carleton Ravens men's hockey team saw their season come to a close on Saturday night, battling to the final buzzer in a 6-3 loss to the OUA East's top team McGill.

The Redbirds would score twice more to end the period, outshooting Carleton 23-3 in the opening 20.
The Ravens made it a one-goal game midway through the second period when Oliver Castleman scored on the power play extending his career-high season to 19 points. Five-year forward Brogan O'Brien drew the primary assist on the goal, capping off his Ravens career with 90 points. McGill would add two to their lead midway through the period, but Carleton would get one back in the final minute as rookie Reese Belton scored just 31 seconds after the Redbirds to notch his ninth of the year.
Graduating defenceman Simon Kerr notched his fourth assist on the goal, bringing Kerr's career total to 27 assists and 35 points.
