OTTAWA (July 2, 2024) - Carleton Ravens rowing alumna Anna Currie will represent Canada at the Mega Worlds 2024 this August. The Mega Worlds will feature the World Rowing Senior, U23 and U19 championships at the famous Royal Canadian Henley Rowing Course in St. Catharines, ON.
Ciara Stevenson will join Currie in the Lightweight Women's Pair (LW2-) on the water from August 18-25, 2024.
After joining Carleton Rowing in 2013, Currie had a successful career that saw her represent Carleton at the 2016 FISU World University Rowing Championships. In her time at Carleton, Currie was twice named team MVP winning the award in 2013-14 and 2015-16.
