OTTAWA (August 21, 2024) - Three members of the Carleton Ravens high performance team will be on the front lines next week at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games. Nadine Smith, Dr. Lindsay Bradley and Dr. Andy Marshall will represent Carleton as key members of the Canadian Paralympic Committee.
Attending her second Paralympic Games, Nadine Smith will serve as an Athletic Therapist for the Canadian team. Having previously served at the 2021 games in Japan, Smith also represented Canada at the Santiago 2023 Parapan Am Games .
A board member with the Canadian Paralympic Committe, Dr. Bradley is the Games Medical Lead. Returning to the Games after serving as the medical lead at the Santiago 2023 Parapan Am Games.
A member of the Ravens football support team since the program returned in 2013, Dr. Marshall is the CPC's longstanding Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Marshall's experience dates back to the Pan Am Games in Rio in 2011. Recently, Dr. Marshall has held the CMO role in Rio (2016), Pyeongchang (2018) and Tokyo (2021).
