OTTAWA (Sept. 16, 2024) - First-year golfer Sanvi Swarup and Ravens linebacker Xavier Malone earned Athlete of the Week honours for September 9-15, 2024.
Sanvi's first OUA tournament was a +3 round of 77, a fantastic start to her career. Finishing just one stroke behind first place at the Bert Kea Queen's Invitational, Swarup's day on the course helped Carleton's women's side to a third-place finish.
Linebacker Xavier Malone continued his dominating play on Saturday at Toronto leading all Ravens with 7.0 tackles. Malone recorded 2 solo tackles and assisted on 10 more while recording a sack and a pass breakup in Carleton's 42-21 win.
