OTTAWA (Sept. 3, 2024) - Ravens soccer has swept the honours for the opening Athlete of the Week presented by McKeen Metro Glebe. Brady Curkovic and veteran Mikayla Moser are the first to earn the honour.
With speed and tenacity, Moser was pivotal in Sunday's Ravens' bounce-back win. The veteran forward established the Ravens' pace and was a key part of their 31-shot barrage of Laurentian.
A commanding force at centre back, Curkovic played all 180 minutes in the Ravens opening weekend. After scoring the game-winning goal in the 90th minute on Saturday, Brady headed in an equalizer early in Sunday's contest en route to a 3-1 Ravens win.
