Hosting their only home preseason game of the year, the women's basketball team host UNB this Thursday at 6:00 PM. The game is open to the public and free to attend. Fans attending are encouraged to drop off non-perishable food items at the Welcome Centre to support Carleton's community food banks.
The Ravens began to find their preseason form last weekend on a trip through Quebec. After going 1-2 at the Mickey Place Tournament in PEI two weeks ago, Carleton handled Concordia (73-60) and UQAM (77-46) a week ago. The Ravens now face the REDS who dropped decisions last weekend to Laval (84-71) and Queen's (51-38) before beating Dalhousie (93-59).
The Ravens will face UQAM and the Manitoba Bisons next weekend at the Tindall Invitational at Queen's before opening the regular season on October 25 and 26 against Western and Windsor.
