OTTAWA (Jan. 13, 2025) - The Carleton Ravens have named Jacqueline Urban and Felix Bedard Athletes of the Week presented by z-teca Mexican Eatery for the week of January 6 - 12.
Ravens guard Jacqueline Urban started the weekend with a career high 26 points on Friday night before tallying 23 on Saturday as the Ravens picked up back-to-back wins. Urban's 23 point and 11 rebound double-double on Saturday was her fourth of the season.
Felix Bedard's three goals helped the Carleton Ravens to erase a pair of two-goal deficits on route to a 5-4 overtime win on Thursday. Bedard's last minute heroics sent the game to overtime helping the Ravens collect their 8th straight victory and third straight over Ottawa.
It's a repeat appearances for Urban and Bedard who earned Athlete of the Week honours in the first half. For Urban, it's her third award of the season while the rookie Bedard captures his second.
