Ottawa, ON (July 22, 2025) - Carleton Ravens Track and Field team members Connor Fraser and Joshua Foster will represent Carleton at the Canada Summer Games as members of Team Ontario.
Fraser will participate in the discus. The Ravens' shot put record holder, Connor's primary outdoor event is the discus, where he threw PB 51.55 at the Ontario Canada Summer Games Trials. Fraser finished second in both discus and shot put at the Ontario Open Championships as the top U23 finisher in both events.
He will also attend the upcoming Canadian Championships, ranked third.
The RSEQ gold medalist in triple jump, Joshua Foster, will join Team Ontario after setting a new PB at the Ontario Open Championships. Foster was also the RSEQ silver medalist in long jump - where he holds the Ravens' club record.
Ahead of the 2023 Canada Summer Games, Connor and Joshua will participate in the Canadian Track and Field Championships at the Terry Fox Complex in Ottawa, July 30-August 3.
