Q: Where do I get my BirdGang pass?

A: The CUSA Office is located at 401 University Centre. Their office hours are 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Payment is only accepted by card, no cash.

Q: What events does the BirdGang Membership gain entry to?

A: The BirdGang membership allows you entry to on-campus regular season football, basketball, hockey, soccer and rugby games!

Q: Does the BirdGang membership guarantee me a seat?

A: No - the BirdGang Membership ensures entry to the game. Please be mindful that varsity events are attended by the Ottawa community. If a spectator has purchased a ticket, they have reserved the right to an assigned seat. However, we do have a specific section for BirdGang and any unclaimed seats are also available for you to sit in.
