Q: If I signed up for the Ultimate Fan Package, where do I pick it up?
A: Pick up your Ultimate Fan Package at the SEO Office (430 TB)

Q: Where do I get my BirdGang Membership?
A: Pick up your membership at Rodney’s House with a valid student ID or wherever you see a BirdGang table set up around campus.

Q: What events does the BirdGang Membership gain entry to?
A: The BirdGang Membership allows you entrance to all football, basketball, hockey, soccer, and rugby games that take place on campus.  Go to goravens.ca/events for an updated schedule of events.

Q: Does the BirdGang Membership guarantee me a seat?
A: No – the BirdGang Membership ensures entry to the game.  Please be mindful that varsity events are attended by the Ottawa community.  If a spectator has purchased a ticket, they have reserved the right to an assigned seat.  However, please feel free to sit in any unclaimed seats.
