Is the discount code valid on all stadium sections?No. For football and basketball, the discount codes are only valid on specified sections: Football (TAAG PARK): A, B, F, G Basketball (Ravens’ Nest): E, F, G, HCan I return or exchange my tickets after purchasing?All sales are non-refundable. If you want to change your seat location after your purchase, please email tickets@carleton.ca. Sections with price differentiation will require additional payment.When will the schedule for the 2023-2024 season be released?The conferences will announce the scheduled during the summer. Once those schedules have been released, your tickets will be updated to reflect the new information.How do I access my tickets?All tickets are e-ticket/print at home. You can access them at anytime by following these steps:

Click “Your Name” in the header.

Select “Your Orders”

Click on the associated order number

All your tickets will be available to view/print.
