Ringette Eligibility Certificate 2024-25
Our team is composed of ringette players who have played in many different cities at highly competitive levels in Canada. We compete in 3 tournaments across Ontario throughout the year against other University ringette teams. We also compete in larger competitions including the University Challenge Cup; where we face University teams from all across Canada, and the AA Ringette Ontario Provincial Championships where all Ontario University teams compete to be crowned Ontario University Champions.
On a weekly basis, we have one practice on Wednesday mornings before class, one strength and conditioning training, and we compete in the Open A GAARA women's league and play one game per week in the Ottawa and Gloucester area.

University Challenge Cup 2022
The Carleton Ravens put up an amazing fight through 9 games against teams from across the country in their home arena. Game 8 against Nipissing University was the game that determined where they would play on the final day of the Championship. The team came together and played one of the best games of their season. Three phenomenal goals scored by rookie Michelle Altherr, and vets Erika Poirier and Kenzie Fowler as well as an outstanding performance by rookie goaltender Dalia Di Michele, secured us a 3-1 win and a ticket to the gold medal game.Ravens faced tough competition in the gold medal final against Brock University. A tight back and forth game ended in a 3-3 tie taking it into overtime where Brock U scored. Ravens were crowned silver medalists and cannot wait to take on their next challenge
