Prior to joining the Ravens, St. Germain enjoyed a fourteen year CFL career with Hamilton, Edmonton, Ottawa, Winnipeg and Saskatchewan earning Division All-Star honours three times. A 2007 Grey Cup Champion, St. Germain is a member of the McGill Sports Hall of Fame.
While at McGill, St. Germain was named male athlete of the year in 1993-94. St. Germain was selected first overall by Hamilton in the 1994 CFL amateur draft.
