OTTAWA – The Carleton Ravens are proud to announce the signing of CBSC striker Brooklyn Stephen. The St. Francis High School student will join the Ravens in 2022 after previously having a professional tryout with Real Oviedo.
A strong finisher from inside and outside of the box, Stephen is a playmaker with the ability to play into spaces while creating opportunities for her squad.
Stephen will have a full workload ahead of her as the forward looks to study at Carleton’s famous Azrieli School of Architecture.
Speaking about her decision to attend Carleton, Stephen would speak to the balance Carleton offers her as a student-athlete. “I decided to attend Carleton because I believe that both the academic and the soccer programs fit me as a student-athlete very well.” Adding, “the facilities associated with both programs are also well known across Canada. Coach Dominic also made this a rather easy decision.
