Q: How do I use my Flock membership?A: Your pass can be found in your user settings in our ticketing system. You will pre-book your ticket online through the event and select "The Flock" ticket type. You will bring your unique QR code to every event to be scanned for entry. Q: What events does The Flock Membership gain entry to?A: The Flock membership allows you entry to regular season football, basketball, hockey, soccer and rugby!
Q: Does The Flock membership guarantee me a seat?A: Not always – The Flock Membership ensures entry to the game. Please be mindful that varsity events are attended by the Ottawa community. If a spectator has purchased a ticket, they have reserved the right to an assigned seat. However, we do have a specific section for The Flock and any unclaimed seats are also available for you to sit in.
