Competitive Club Information
Please find below a number of important procedures, forms, and information pertaining to CUSA and Athletics Competitive Club teams. Any questions regarding this information can be addressed to the Competitive Club Coordinator at Ravensclubs@CUNET.CARLETON.CA
Registration and Re-registration
The process and the forms required for registering your club can be found below. New clubs must first register with CUSA on the CUSA website. If your club wishes to be considered for competitive club status, you will need to apply to athletics for approval following your registration with CUSA. Returning competitive clubs must fill out and submit a complete evaluation each year in order to considered for renewal.
New Clubs:
Carleton Athletics will not be accepting any new competitive club applications for the 2026-27 academic year.
Returning Clubs:
- End of Year 2025-26 Club Evaluation Form (Deadline: March 31st, 2026)
- Submit Team Roster as part of evaluation (Deadline: March 31st, 2025)
- Submit Budget Form and Scotiabank Transaction History (Deadline: March 31st, 2026)

Travel Request Forms
- Activity Registration (Must be completed no less than 1 week before the team’s event. Home, Away or fundraising)
- Driver Authorization
- Trip Plan (Complete “Activity Registration” and “Driver Authorization” before this form. Must be completed a minimum of 72 hours before departure of outside of Ottawa)
- Carleton University Travel Informed Consent Form (For individual Athletes not traveling with the team)
