How can I purchase tickets?

You can purchase tickets online here, on the Showpass app, and/or at the box office when you arrive at the game. We recommend that you purchase online prior to the game to avoid any lines at the box office.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Debit, Visa, and Mastercard as methods of payment.

Can I get a refund or exchange my ticket?

How will I receive my tickets?

To access and download your tickets, please follow this step-by-step guide. Additionally, your tickets will be sent to your email as a PDF attachment which can be scanned from your mobile device or as a printout.

Can I choose my seats?
-
Yes, you can choose your own seat for basketball and football games, which offer assigned seating. When purchasing tickets for these events, use the interactive seating map to select your preferred section and seats. Hover over any seat to view available ticket types, then click to add it to your cart.

For rugby, soccer, and hockey matches, seating is general admission, so seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Do I need to buy a ticket for a child?

Children aged 6 and under can attend for free. If your child needs their own seat, please contact us at tickets@carleton.ca before purchasing your tickets to request a complimentary seat.

What time should I arrive?

The venue will open for ticket holders 1 hour before the scheduled start of the event.

How does parking work at the venue?
Paid parking is in effect across all campus lots. For the most convenient access to your event, we recommend the following parking options:

Basketball, Football, Rugby, and Soccer: Park in P5 (near TAAG Park and the Raven’s Nest)

Hockey: Park in P3 (next to the Ice House)

Can I bring food and drinks to the event?
Outside food and beverages are generally not permitted, in accordance with venue policies and to ensure a consistent guest experience.
For Football and Basketball events, outside food and drinks are strictly prohibited, as concessions are always available.
For Rugby, Soccer, and Hockey events, outside items may be permitted only when concessions are not provided. When concessions are available, food and drinks are not allowed.
We recommend reviewing the specific event details in advance, as policies may vary by venue and event.

What food and drinks are available at the event?
Yes! Concession stands are available at all football and basketball games, offering a variety of snacks, beverages, and alcoholic drinks for purchase. Concessions may also be available at select rugby, soccer, and hockey games, depending on the event.
In addition, our venues feature:
Vending machines with food and drink options (accepting cash and card)

What items are prohibited at the event?

Following Carleton University policy, and to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, the following items and actions are not permitted at our events

Dogs are prohibited in all Carleton Athletics facilities, including TAAG Park, service and guide dogs are excepted.

The use of umbrellas is prohibited within TAAG Park.

Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited in all Carleton Athletics facilities.

Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?

Yes, all venues are fully accessible for individuals with disabilities. We offer accessible entrances, restrooms, and seating areas. Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, Showpass allows individuals who purchase tickets to transfer tickets. Please follow this step-by-step guide for ticket buyer transfer management.

What happens if the event is canceled or rescheduled?
-
If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, all ticket holders will receive a refund. If an event is rescheduled, your original tickets will remain valid for the new date, but if you're unable to attend the rescheduled event, you will be eligible for a refund upon request. We will notify all ticket holders of any changes as soon as possible via email, our website, and social media channels.

Can I bring my pet to the event?

In accordance with Carleton University policy, pets are not permitted in any Carleton Athletics facilities. However, guide dogs, service animals, and signal animals are welcome to accompany guests who require their assistance.
