Nordic Skiers Wrap Up 2026 Athlete of the Week
The Ravens Athlete of the Week is presented by Gabriel Pizza, the official pizza of the Carleton Ravens.
Carleton Ravens Nordic skiers Sophia Giangrande and Seamus Williams have been named the final Ravens Athletes of the Week for the 2025-26 season. The two represented the Ravens with pride, combining for three top 10 finishes at the Nordiq Canada championships.

Sophia Giangrande
Earning a pair of top-five finishes, including a bronze medal in the 20km Mass Start, Sophia Giangrande wrapped up another successful season of skiing. The Whitehorse, YK, second-year finished in the top 20 in all three races this week.
Seamus Williams
Picking the best time of year to peak, Seamus Williams finished in the top 15 of both the skate sprint (12th) and 20km Mass Start (9th) while also earning a top 30 finish in the 10km Classic.
