O’Brien and Henderson Named Athlete of the Week

Dominance on the water and at the Panda Game have earned rower Rosie O'Brien and football halfback Jake Henderson the award of Athlete of the Week presented by Gabriel Pizza. O'Brien continued to a strong start to her season, claiming two medals, while Henderson was all over the field as Carleton claimed the 56th Panda Game.

Rosie O'Brien (Rowing)

After winning gold at the Head of the Rideau last weekend, Rosie O'Brien continued her strong start to the season at Head of the Trent, in Peterborough, with first-place finishes in the varsity lightweight single and the varsity women's double with Hayley Murray.

Jake Henderson (Football)

Jake Henderson was all over the field on Sunday afternoon, leading the Ravens with three pass breakups. The east end production from Carine Wilson Secondary School had 2.5 tackles, including an explosive hit along the sideline in the fourth quarter to help the Ravens' defence secure the victory.
