Carleton Ravens men's basketball players Marjok (MJ) Okado and Louth-Mohamed Coulibably are heading to the CEBL. The pair announced their 2026 signings during the league's first Signing Day.
Both players will join their hometown teams, with Okado signing with Calgary while Coulibaly joins Ottawa.
In five years at Carleton, Okado is a three-time national champion with 1,025 career points. The speedy guard has 193 career threes for 38.6% shooting. In 2025-26, Okado appeared in all 22 regular-season games, playing over 600 minutes and recording a career-high 342 points.
In his first season with Carleton, Coulibaly started 18 games, recording 130 points and 167 rebounds. Coulibaly was 7th in U SPORTS with 64 offensive rebounds. Coulibaly averaged 6.7 points and 5.7 rebounds per game during the Ravens national championship run in Calgary. Before arriving at the Nest, the Ottawa product spent time in the NCAA at Valparaiso and Holy Cross.
