Bio
Delisle-Houde joins Carleton from the McGill Redbirds, where he has served as Associate Coach since 2021. Delisle-Houde is a proven leader who helped McGill reach the 2024 U SPORTS University Cup as OUA bronze medalists. Under Delisle-Houde, the Redbirds had the top-ranked penalty kill in the country.
Prior to joining the McGill coaching staff, Delisle-Houde was the strength and conditioning coordinator with the Montreal Canadiens from 2017-21, helping the Canadiens to reach the 2021 Stanley Cup Finals.
As a player, Delisle-Houde was the captain of the Redbirds in his final two seasons. Delisle-Houde played in 134 regular-season games, recording 124 points, helping McGill reach two U Cup tournaments. Before attending McGill in 2012, he played four seasons in the QMJHL with Rimouski and Moncton. In his final year, he served as the captain for the Wildcats. Delisle-Houde also appeared in the 2009 Memorial Cup tournament while with Rimouski.
A bilingual leader, Delisle-Houde holds a Master of Science, Exercise Physiology and a Bachelor of Science, Kinesiology from McGill University, as well as a Hockey Canada High Performance 1 designation and a CES Certificate from the National Academy of Sport Medicine.
