The Ravens had a dramatic 4–3 shootout victory over the Windsor Lancers on Friday night.
After falling behind 3–0 through two periods, the Ravens stormed back in the third with three unanswered goals. Kennedy Vickers opened the scoring for Carleton at 8:14, taking a jailbreak pass from Olivia Oosterbroek and going shortside under the bar for a shorthanded tally. Payton Miller would score a goal four minutes later, and Erica Buckley netted her second of the year to force overtime with under 90 seconds to play. Buckley led the Ravens with a goal and an assist, while Miller also contributed in the shootout, scoring once in regulation and once in the shootout.
Nicole Hunter was the hero in the shootout, scoring in the eighth round to secure the Ravens' first win in four games.
Goaltender Kaitlyn Langille was a steady presence between the pipes, turning aside 30 of 33 shots. Carleton outshot Windsor 37–33, including a dominant second period with 14 shots.
