The Carleton Ravens continued to wait for their first home victory of the season.
The Ravens battled the York Lions into overtime on Friday in a scoreless hockey game before falling 1-0.
On Friday, the Ravens outplayed York for long stretches, including outshooting the Lions 9-5 in the second. Unable to make good on two power plays in the second, and one that carried into the third, the Ravens found themselves unable to beat Emma Wedgewood when given the opportunity. To her equal, Ravens goaltender Kaitlyn Langille continues to stand on her head. Langille has allowed two or fewer goals in every game since returning from injury. Over her last four starts, the Ravens goaltender is sporting a sparkling 1.74 GAA and a .942 save percentage.
