Preview | Women's Basketball Open Key Home WeekendThe final home weekend of the fall will see the women's basketball team tip off against the West Division leading Guelph Gryphons (6-1) on Friday at 6:00 p.m. The Gryphons have rhymed off six straight wins since an opening night loss at Brock, including wins over Queen's and TMU. Coming off a single road game last weekend at Lakehead, a rested Gryphons team will arrive at the Nest ready to battle. It's a three-guard attack for the Gryphons and Julia Colavecchia, Hannah Bourdon and Renee Armstrong carry most the of load all scoring over 10 points per game.On Saturday, the 7-1 McMaster Marauders will come to town already well proven on the road. Ahead of this weekend's trip to Ottawa, Mac is 3-1 on the road with wins over Western and Lakehead twice. The highest scoring team in the OUA behind only the Ravens, Mac will need to be sharp in their shooting against a Ravens team who are second in the OUA in rebound margin. Ravens by the Numbers

Dorcas Buisa and Noelle Kilbreath will be leaned on heavily this weekend. The two Ravens are each averaging 8.4 points per game this season.
